Are you tired of hunting for a space at the library? Driving all over town to tutor in people’s homes, or cleaning your own house each time you have a student scheduled? Do you have a class you would like to teach, but you don’t have a classroom to teach it in? Do you need a reliable space for your group to meet? Me too! That is why I created this unique learning space in the heart of town.

Suitable for one-on-one tutoring of all age groups: public school, private school, college level, and for classes for up to 10 students. In a quiet building on NW 6th Street with plenty of parking.

Membership Dues
Tutor Member: One-on-one tutoring, $100/month, up to 15 hours
Teacher Member: Classes, $200/month, up to 10 hours

Hourly Rental Price
One to two hours $25/hr
Three to five hours $20/hr
